Holiday Party Discussion- Final plans for party discused. Recreation will be ordering 4 trays of Chicken from Walmart. Recretion will also purchase salad and dressing and snacks paper goods ext.... HCC will be providing drinks and arts and craft project. Montague PTA will supply desert. Montague Fire Dept will be providing Baked Ham and Mac and cheese. Glen Goodyear will play Santa and he will ask if Montague Rec can borrow Mrs. Claus Suit. Meg Snyder agreed to Play Mrs. Claus.
Discussion about purchase of a shed for rec equipment. Will get price for 12x12 with no window with and without skylight.
Discussion of budget will hold meeting next week to finalize.
